I haven't done a free pattern in awhile, so when Cascade Yarns approached me about creating a design using one of their yarns, to be posted for free on their website, I decided-- why not?! Cascade has a wide range of yarns to choose from; this sleeveless top uses Luna, an aran weight 100% cotton yarn with a bit of texture to it. They tell me the pattern will be up soon....
(The real color of this yarn is a light silvery lilac, very pretty-- the lighting in these photos doesn't do it justice.)

From Brave New Knits
[Angela's] work has consistently been strong; the designs are traditional but contemporary in silhouette, highly wearable, and, because of her intriguing stitch pattern choices, fun to knit. The iconic Hahn design for me is the Wakame Lace Tunic...-- it's strikingly feminine and modern.
